Shipping

We aim to ship within 1 working day of your order being received. Post and packing for UK mainland destinations is a flat charge of £3.95 regardless of order size.

Dependant on weight and size of parcels, items will either be sent by courier or by first class post. Maximum package weight is 30kg.

Please note there will be a higher delivery charge for UK Highlands and Islands for parcels weighing more than 2kg. Please contact us before payment to check if any additional costs apply.

Returns

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund for whatever reason, as long as the goods are received back in the same re-saleable condition as when received. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item supplied was faulty, in which case a full refund will be made on return of the defective goods. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be held liable for returns that go missing in transit.
